Purpose
Create awareness and recognition for African- American Men and Women who have made significant
contributions in the African-American Community.

Goals
Maintain a College Scholarship Fund through various fundraising activities. Scholarships will be awarded to high school graduates attending a four year accredited university.

Vision
Host the largest African-American civic event in Houston, Texas area. This event will highlight the rich culture and traditions of the African-American Cowboys & Cowgirls.
